SAP application support

Apart from SAP implementations, the integral part of 7milowy's offer is SAP application support. In this area we are recommended by SAP Poland as a partner for cooperation.

SAP application support is realized after finalizing an implementation project. It consists in the service of remote support for SAP users (customer's employees) in resolving problems that occur in the ongoing operation of a system.

SAP application support is provided for both ERP systems that we offer – SAP Business All-in-One (SPRINT) and SAP Business One, as well as other SAP solutions.

SAP application support is provided on the basis of an agreement with guaranteed SLA provisions (i.e. service level agreements concerning, among others, request response time). The range of services provided within SAP is individually agreed on with every customer - he regularly determines what services are to be realized in a given period within the framework of subscription. Among other things this could be:

  • remote support for SAP system users,
  • adding new functions to SAP,
  • preparation of SAP extensions,
  • counseling in the scope of SAP optimizations,
  • SAP trainings.

SAP support are realized by a dedicated team of 7milowy consultants specialized in supporting small and medium enterprises. They are people of long-time experience gained in numerous SAP implementations – they know the system thoroughly and possess practical experience in the cooperation with the users of the system. Our customers are provided with the tool for managing service requests. The application is available free of charge and is a platform for communication between the customer and 7milowy.
